Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an acclaimed American cookbook author as well as an Emmy award-winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002 and aired 27 seasons till 2020. Ina began her career by working in the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and other policy reports. After initially finding the job fascinating and intellectually stimulating but she quickly became bored with it. Barefoot Contessa was then acquired. It took her nearly 18 years to make her shop hugely successful, and then sold the store. Then she began writing her first cookbook. Numerous magazines and cookbooks came later. Meanwhile, her Food Network television show too began its run and was an instant hit. The range of products includes cooking equipment, to food items as well as storage containers. Ina did not go to a cooking institute and hasn't had any experience in a restaurant. She's completely self-taught. Her name is ascribed to her straightforward method of cooking, and her effortless entertaining. Her most famous recipes are Lemon chicken skeillet-roasted as well as Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
