Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American author, singer and actor well-known for her character Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. The musical Bettle performed in Two's Company was her first acting role on stage in the 50s. After that, she performed in numerous Broadway productions before she became the most famous on stage with Li'l Abner in 1957. Within the same calendar year she debuted her debut musical album, This is Tina Time. Louise debuted in Hollywood as God's Little Acre which was a dramatic which was made in 1958. She played Griselda who was a character from the film. She enrolled in Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's pupil. The next notable role she played in the role of Ginger Grant, which CBS was the first to sign her on with in 1964. Louise was able to balance her career across Broadway as well as Hollywood, portraying more somber roles, as opposed to her perception of being a glamour girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series and Helen Magnus, but in recent years, she has gained recognition as a director on several popular TV shows like Supernatural. Born in Essex, Ontario on 29th August in 1965. The family moved to Toronto when she was three. Her childhood was spent there as well as her adolescence. After being chosen in 1997 for the role of Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has been living there ever since.
