Annmarie has 30 years experience working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during the midst of dramatic change and growth. She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans by utilizing the management of performance and organizational processes employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as change management. Infatuated by leadership, she sees teambuilding and education as an essential element to gain the competitive edge. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and coached individuals who have achieved the results and success. Her work helped to create cultures within organizations which promote innovation in learning as well as beneficial change for people as well as teams. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several other non profit organizations. This includes being an active part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women become leaders, and providing leadership training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association located in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically for hotels in the healthcare industry and also helping to support Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization dedicated to reversing the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities to help those suffering from the diseases of addiction. Addiction is a disease that affects every one of us.
